My story

I've been at both extremes. that's why i understand yours.

I've been at both extremes. At my heaviest I was struggling with PCOS, insulin resistance, low energy and a body I didn't recognise. At my lightest my BMI was "normal" - but my sex hormones had crashed, I'd lost my period and my body was in crisis. Neither felt like health.That experience is why I specialise in this. I understand what it feels like when your body isn't working - whether that's carrying weight you can't shift, or doing everything "right" and still feeling awful. I've been in both places and I know the hormonal mechanics behind each one.Now I'm on HRT, I train with weights and walking, and I work with women navigating exactly what I've been through.
